what will you do

Do you aspire to be a part of one of the Global Leaders in the IT world? We are currently looking for a Global Service Readiness Manager / Project Manager within Warranty & Registrations Team. This role includes, apart from daily operations, also defining the scope of the project (E.g. MSD migration), developing a plan, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Understanding WW Service Registration program and Registration support, making sure that the Lenovo systems are updated with correct warranty entitlements and the upgrade/extension products are registered against related units.
Monitoring and follow up on technical issues: PEW, i-Base, SAP, MSD, Web based portals.
Handling Warranty entitlement issues and raising tickets with the IT team
E-ticketing systems set up for the registration teams and IT communication on a worldwide level (Microsoft Dynamics)
Project management

Requirements:
3+ years in project management, ideally in Services
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Solid technical background, with understanding in MSD development
Excel – Macro, Power BI


You will report to EMEA Services Manager and cooperate with our WW IT & registrations teams.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
