Finance Analyst with Italian and French

We are looking for a proactive, customer and detail oriented Finance Analyst who will be able to master supplier`s experience and help build our rapidly growing company. We are encouraged and driven to improve processes and look for better solutions every day.

Does it sound great? What will you be working on?

· Analyzing invoicing discrepancy and fix issues in cooperation with the vendors of Amazon
. Complex vendors` queries and escalations by phone or email
· Reconciliation of Vendor Returns, commercial agreements and credit notes
· Cooperation and communication with various internal departments (Retail teams, Finance processing teams, Accounting team, Procurement team) in order to ensure timely and accurate payments
. Projects: process improvement, education webinars for vendors, contact management for new entities and changes involving Amazon vendors
