  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client’s company. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as the managing director of corporate operations and as the main link between the different divisions within the company. The ideal candidate for this position has previous corporate leadership experience and a proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting company strategy, goals, and objectives in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
  • Overseeing the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Evaluating the success of the company's investments and projects.
  • Ensuring the company's policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down and that they are followed at all times.
  • Communicating and maintaining trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities
  • Overseeing the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • Directing the company's strategic growth and development, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and new business opportunities.

Personality requirements and skills


  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the modular building industry.
  • Knowledge of the German market and fluency in the German language is a must.
  • Experience in developing strategies and plans.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Project-based production experience is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in the modular building industry is highly desirable.
