Senior Treasury Analyst
Your contribution:
The Analyst/Sr Analyst, EMEA, under direction of the Regional Director, EMEA Treasury, is responsible to support all aspects of regional treasury and insurance risk management. Position will be located in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Management
Manage the daily cash position in the EMEA region
Update and optimize the banking, payments, and reporting systems for the region
Help design and maintain optimal cash management structures and solutions for the EMEA Business Units
Support the global cash forecasting process
Support cash and liquidity management strategies to ensure an efficient use of global cash; work closely with other Treasury teams, Tax and Legal departments to implement strategies
Back-up the other regional cash management members as necessary
Treasury Administration
Act as Treasury main point of contact for the BBU shared service center
Help manage bank relationships with the cash management providers
Coordinates all internal and external audits and SOX reviews of cash management policies, procedures, and work instructions for the region
Implements cash management aspects of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and joint ventures for the region
Manages various external reporting requirements
Work on strategic projects within the company such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, organizational changes and expansions to new territories
Support issuance of bank guarantees and letters of credit
Assist with the company’s hedging programs (Commodities and FX).

2-7 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or Master’s in finance preferred
Certified Financial Analyst or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
Technical knowledge of corporate finance and cash management
Good understanding of general accounting principles
Excellent communication skills, customer focused, and continuous improvement mindset
Conversational fluency in English
Ability to design new processes or improve to current techniques
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
The starting salary is at min 2 000 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
