Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our HR Operations Team with the goal of creating tool driven HR processes, providing global operational support to regional HR roles and standardizing HR analytics.
- Employee Life Cycle programs and processes - assist in the development, implementation, and administration
- HR reporting and analytics – regular reports and analysis; provide support to business and HR team
- HRIS – serve as the global contact person and subject matter expert for our HR tool (Success Factors; JIRA; Lesson.ly), help to expand the tool functionalities
- HR Administration on a global level – provide administrative support in contractual management, data management, GDPR, payroll, budgeting etc.
- Monitor Global HR policies to ensure consistency and communicate with business partners when changes are needed
- Collaborate with multiple Human Resources functions such as Recruiting, Talent Development, Compensation and other HR teams on various initiatives
- Prepare presentations and decks for regular meetings within the HR Team
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal compensation information about employees
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
