Responsibilities:
PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, be the first point of contact
- Follow business centre workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Administrative support (assisting our clients with administrative tasks connected to their business and being the right hand to the Centre Manager)
- Call / post handling
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (cooperation with Sales, Finance and IT department)
- meeting rooms reservation + arranging of events
CENTRE SET UP, CONTROL AND CARE
- keep all centre areas tidy & ready for the day
- keep databases and materials up to date
- communication with vendors
