Are you a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring efficient office operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a proactive Office Assistant to join our team at Kistler Bratislava.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
• Ensure the smooth running of the Kistler Bratislava office.
• Manage office supplies, order new stock, and maintain inventory levels.
• Communicate with suppliers and ensure adherence to regulations.
2. Event Organization:
• Coordinate and organize various events such as breakfasts, PI planning, barbecues, Christmas parties, team buildings, meetings, trainings, and conferences.
3. Finance Department Support:
• Track and collect payments and invoices.
• Handle purchases, payment administration, and invoice management.
4. Front Office Duties:
• Manage phone calls, correspondence, and post office tasks.
• Greet and assist visitors, handle couriers.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
6. Project Participation:
• Actively participate in and organize ad hoc projects within Kistler Bratislava.

Personality requirements and skills
• Ideally 1-2 year of experience in office administration, invoicing, travel management, organization of events for 100+ employees. But we tend to give a chance to the student as well.
• Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English language (German language a big advantage, but not a must)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on advanced level
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• High level coordination and organizing skills
• Pro-active, result oriented and team-player attitude
• Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English language (German language a big advantage, but not a must)
