Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new team member in the Quality department. Do you have an experience with process quality and do you like working in a dynamic environment? Please send us your email!

• Define the quality requirement orientation for new processes.
• Participate actively to the process capability analysis and product validation.
• Ensure the buying, together with the QS, management and maintenance of measuring instruments dedicated to Process Quality.
• Train the operators for the understanding and realization of the quality control activities.
• Develop and favor process parameter controls; Definition of the conditions for zero defect.
• Check and ensure the respect of the production standards / rules and ISO TS procedures.
• Guarantee the update of the Control Plan / FMEA.
• Actively participate to the improvement of the standards.
• Emit, when requested, Quality and Conformity Certification.

• Product and Process Knowledge.
• Statistic Control Process SPC.
• Quality core tools - FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, P-FMEA.
• ISO TS knowledge and other type of rules required by specific customer
• Knowledge in ISO TS, ISO 14001, OHSAS, continuous improvement tools.
• Certified auditor for Process/System. Audit ability.
• Automotive industry, mechanical background.
• Labor and contracts law.
• Health, Environment and Safety.
• Quality management system.
• Economic concepts and Finance basis.

The Powertrain (Propulsion Solutions) division focuses on manufacturing key components such as Electronic Throttle Bodies (ETB + DBW), Intake Manifolds (AIM) - air intake pipes, turbocharger actuators (REA + TMS), TPS covers with throttle position sensor + APS covers with lever position sensor actuator, and high-pressure fuel pumps for direct gasoline injection (GDI).
