Job description, responsibilities and duties
* responsible for a dedicated part of the Debtor accounts
* chasing payment for overdue invoices by calling and mailing customers
* contacting clients all over Europe: mainly in German and English
* interfacing with the customer to identify and resolve issues
* being central person in the process of solving disputed invoices
* making payment agreements
* guarding over outstanding amounts being within coverege Credit Insurance Policy
* escalating issues timely
* keeping Account managers/Responsible manager informed in cases of exceeding limits
* reporting frequently progress and deviations to the Supervisor Credit Control at the HQ in NL
* answering internal/external requests related to CMR´s
* answering internal/external requests related to outstanding invoices
* maintaining quality and accuracy of master data of customers
* all these tasks and responsibilities take place in an automatc (worflow) environment
