What will be your main role:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of administrative employees while actively participating in international projects, plant HR initiatives, HR initiatives supporting developlment of talents, HR branding, Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes for administrative employees, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage.
Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international HR projects, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the success of initiatives spanning multiple locations and cultures.
Plant HR Projects: Partner with HR teams at various plant locations to implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
HR initiatives supporting developlment of talents: support of succession planning and carrier development of identified local talents.
HR Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR branding strategies, promoting the employer brand internally and externally to attract top talent and enhance employee loyalty.
Company Events Organization: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement, team building, and organizational culture.

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with international HR projects and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus.
