Your responsibilities:
Preparation of work contracts, annexes, agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, monitoring contractual time of employment
You cooperate with managers, HR, payroll department and other stakeholders
You provide entry training courses, health checks, instructions for new employees
You are responsible for personal files of employees
You make job offers for specified position
You help with any HR related activities and events
You work with the labor code
You do research for any new upcoming HR topics and you stay up to date with any new changes regarding the employment law
You work closely with HR manager and HR Team
