WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for responsible receptionist, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently, interested in long-term cooperation.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

- Taking care of correspondence

- Preparation of corporate card statements and documents for the accounting department

- Maintaining the log book of company fleet

- Providing administrative support

- Assisting in organizing of marketing events

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

- University student

- Education in economy is a plus

- Good level of English language – B2 and above

- Microsoft Office tools - intermediate level

- Time availability of approximately 20hrs/week – ideally in these time slots:

Wednesday 12:00-17:00

Thursday 12:00-17:00

Friday 9:00-17:00
