To pursue the project and make of this already large site a true benchmark within the Group , we search for a true leader PLANT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Reporting to the site GM and functionally to the region, member of the senior management team, you:
- Cover the whole supply chain function, logistics & flow management , material control & planning management , warehouse & inventory , stock management , … with an efficient sense of customer service
- Lead and manage the Plant Supply Chain team with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers;
- Ensure the best service level to the customers (internal and external customers) at the lower cost level (logistics, current inventory and physical flows).
- Manage together with the team both the physical and information flow from the customers to the suppliers
- Ensure that the corporate Supply Chain Strategy is well deployed in the plant
- Are pro active at all levels of the supply chain from the product engineering with the development teams , the suppliers for sourcing and delivery with the purchasing teams , to the end of the chain with the client
- Implement also a visible strong lean culture , supported by the standards and other tools , methods , best practices coming from the Group : Kaizen , waste management , production system , JIT , ERP mastering , audit
- Recruit , manage , and retain a team to take the site together with you to the excellence level in term of flow management as a whole
- Drive with proper KPI for accuracy, reliability , quality of the information chain all along the flow management

In addition , you are a leader recognized as such and followed by your team from your very clear vision to its implementation in the plant where one can see the performance of the supply chain contributing to the result of the site
