Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for customer audits, third party audits in SHP Group including ethical audits
• Responsibility for the IMS including internal and external audits, implementation and maintenance of the IMS
• Maintaining and updating controlled IMS documentation, documenting key processes
• Control of the management of the DMS portal
• Determining and implementing corrective and preventive actions from all types of Group audits, checking the implementation and effectiveness of the actions
• Preparation of internal audit plans
• Preparation of documentation and maintenance of SMBDR documentation according to ISO 28000
• Ensuring compliance with given SMBDR requirements (STN, decrees, laws)
• Proposing corrective actions based on the results of SMBDR inspections
