Network platform administrator and architect

We are looking for a new team member for operation, designing and automating network-related projects and tasks, using automation tools in the areas of:

• Cisco ACI
• F5
• cloud solutions,
• WANLAN/WAN, SD-WAN
• Aruba WiFi technologies,

You will automate network configuration using tools such as Ansible and Terraform and monitor and manage networks and network devices. You will collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal network functionality.

Responsibilities:

• automate network configuration using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• design, implement and manage networks based on Cisco, F5 and Aruba WiFi technologies.
• design and implement network management solutions in the Azure cloud.
• monitor and manage networks and network devices.
• network and network device troubleshooting.
• collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal network functionality.
• operate appliances and servers dedicated for network related jobs.
• design and implement solutions for network security and protection against attacks.

Required experience:

• in the design, implementation and management of networks based on Cisco, F5 and Aruba WiFi technologies.
• in the design and implementation of network management solutions in the Azure cloud with terraform scripting.
• automating network configuration using tools such as Ansible, Terraform
• in operation of Linux based systems
• in monitoring and managing networks and network devices (Cisco, Aruba)
• excellent communication and team skills
• in the design and implementation of solutions for network security and protection against attacks
• ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Certifications and Experience:

• certification in Cisco CCNA, CCNP is preferred.
• F5 or Aruba technologies certification is optional.
• at least 5 years of experience in network administration and network architecture.
• bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Language skills:

• Slovak - fluent, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English - intermediate level, with the ability to read, write, and converse in a professional context.
