About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies and possess strong leadership and facilitation skills. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our development teams.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead Scrum events and ensure the correct use of Scrum to enforce the discipline that Scrum requires.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress. Proactively address issues to ensure the team can deliver high-quality products within the sprint.
• Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments. Encourage open communication, transparency, and a culture of trust.
• Facilitate Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts and disagreements within the team, fostering a constructive environment for resolving issues.
• Scrum Master can also support the team in quality assurance tasks to make sure the expected end-to-end value is delivered to the business. The combination of ensuring quality and leading the team towards successful, high-quality sprint deliveries has proven to be a fruitful blend.

If you possess traits and experience that match most of the below, we’d love to hear from you:

Must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, strong understanding of Agile principles and practices with the ability to apply them in a practical manner, ability to lead multiple teams as Scrum Master including team members in several locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have:
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence is a plus.
• Test automation skills a plus.
