With more than 25 years of experience, Lufthansa Process Management is one of the leading service providers in
the field of fare distribution and revenue management services for airlines and other companies. To this end, LPM
develops and operates databases, decision support systems and technical platforms whose continuous
development is aimed particularly at simplifying, automating and accelerating price distribution processes. LPM
also offers process consulting in this regard. In addition to the airlines of the Lufthansa Group (e.g. Lufthansa,
Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines or Eurowings Discover), other well-known customers, such as ANA,
belong to LPM's customer portfolio. LPM has about 60 employees in Neu-Isenburg (near Frankfurt) and
Bratislava, Slovakia and achieves a turnover of about €10 million per year.
